Snack Ideas

Healthy snacks can be a great way to hold your body over until your next meal. Next time you need a snack, try these tasty treats:
Cinnamon toast with apple juice
Cheese slice with fruit cup
Peanut butter with apple slices
Any type of fruit (orange, pear, banana)
10 cashews
Non fat yogurt
